Overview

The New Naphtha Project required high‑volume, multi‑discipline QA/QC documentation with live progress visibility and traceability across EPC stakeholders. TEKMORN designed and deployed automation and data workflows connecting field inspections, engineering, and planning systems for a single source of truth.

Challenges

  • Fragmented QC documentation across subcontractors; limited real‑time visibility.
  • High documentation throughput (hydrotests, fabrication, erection, bolting) with manual issuance.
  • Need to align QA/QC evidence with planning (EasyPlant/EasyPiping) and cost/claims.
  • Audit readiness for multiple parties (Technip, DNV, Corporate).

Role & Actions

  • Led 15+ QC inspectors; established unified document control and traceability.
  • Developed Python tools to automate issuance of hydrotest, fabrication, erection & bolting certificates (>500k forms).
  • Built KPI dashboards and weekly progress alignment with planning (EVM inputs).
  • Created digital handover structure (mechanical completion) for hardcopy + electronic dossiers.
  • Provided technical substantiation and evidence packages supporting variation claims (€21M+).
