EPC construction-phase oversight: progress & earned-value tracking, subcontractor register, ITP/NCR quality oversight, mechanical-completion and pre-commissioning certificates with database-enforced punch gates, document control, variations & milestones, and dedicated owner and subcontractor portals.
Piping-fabrication QA/QC: ISO drawings, weld logs, NDT, WPS/PQR, material certificates with full heat traceability, punch lists and RFIs, and deliverable exports in each client's own format.
Multi-tenant asset and maintenance management for demanding sectors: assets, inventory, supply chain, work orders, personnel, scheduling, certifications and a full audit trail.
